Wunmi, the wife of the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad, has addressed speculation of a cover-up surrounding his autopsy report. Drivetvnews disclosed that Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Wahab Shittu, revealed during a press briefing after the Coroner’s inquest that the toxicology test conducted on the late music star couldn’t determine his cause of death.
Shittu explained that the pathologist stated in court that due to the advanced decomposition of the body at the time of testing, determining the cause of death was impossible. He emphasized that such ambiguity implies suspicion and lack of clarity.
Furthermore, Shittu mentioned the pathologist’s suggestion that the death might be linked to a reaction to certain drugs administered before his passing.
Following these revelations, Wunmi shared a photo of Mohbad on her social media page with the caption ‘Ilerioluwa masun’ (translated as ‘Ilerioluwa, do not sleep’) on Wednesday night.
