According to reports, officials from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service promptly responded to the incident and are currently on-site, actively working to contain and resolve the situation.
Augustine, who tweeted under the handle Chief_Augustin1 on X.com, posted a video from the location, stating, “Christ Embassy Church on Billings Way, Oregun, is on fire. Serious fire is raging, and men of the Lagos State Fire Service are working hard to put it off. Thank God service hasn’t commenced fully.”
