The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has issued a wanted notice for Ibrahim Mohammed, 26, who is accused of stealing a vehicle owned by the commission.
In a statement released on Friday, EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale confirmed that Mohammed is sought for the theft and illegal possession of the EFCC’s vehicle.
Mohammed is originally from Jada Local Government Area in Adamawa State.
The EFCC is urging anyone who knows Mohammed’s whereabouts to contact the commission immediately.
The statement reads: “The public is informed that Ibrahim Mohammed is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in connection with the alleged theft and illegal possession of a vehicle belonging to the commission.”
“Mohammed, 26, is from Jada Local Government Area in Adamawa State. His last known address is 56 Japa Bariki Road, Adamawa State.”
