Fans are thrilled by the long-awaited reconciliation between acclaimed comedian Ayo Makun and his fellow comic Basketmouth. This heartwarming development surfaced when Makun shared a touching birthday message for Basketmouth, ending a 17-year feud that began over a disputed debt.

Basketmouth turned 46 on September 14, 2024, and celebrated on Instagram with a captivating photo of himself, accompanied by the confident declaration, “life begins at 46.” His caption, “Say hello to the Birthday Boy. ‘Life begins at 46,’” reflects his energetic spirit as he embraces this new chapter.

In a surprising gesture, Ayo Makun took to the comments to publicly honor Basketmouth, calling him “Eze Gburugburu 1.” Makun’s message was filled with warm wishes for a joyful and laughter-filled birthday, alongside a sincere prayer for his former rival.

Makun wrote:

“Happy birthday, my brother. I wish you a fantastic day filled with joy and laughter! May your hard work and dedication continue to bring you success. May this year bring new adventures, exciting opportunities, and everything you deserve. Enjoy your special day to the fullest. Eze Gburugburu 1 for a reason.”

Basketmouth responded with gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much, bro. I appreciate you.”
