A two-story building collapsed in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State on Monday morning, causing panic among locals who quickly evacuated the area.
In a video shared online, residents were seen fleeing as the building came down.
Nosa Okunbor, the Head of the Public Affairs Unit at the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), confirmed to SaharaReporters that emergency teams had been sent to the location.
He stated, “People are there right now; I will get back to you.”
As of the time of this report, no casualties have been confirmed.
