Controversial lifestyle influencer Bobrisky Okuneye has reportedly been detained at the Seme Border while attempting to leave Nigeria for Benin Republic.
Social media commentator Verydarkman made this assertion, claiming that Bobrisky was stopped by Nigerian immigration officers during an ongoing investigation by the House of Representatives.
In a post on Instagram, Verydarkman stated, “Bobrisky was arrested this morning at the Seme Border while trying to enter Benin Republic to evade the current investigation by the House of Reps. He is allegedly in the custody of Nigerian immigration.”
This incident follows Bobrisky’s failure to appear before a House of Representatives panel, which had summoned him regarding leaked audio clips that went viral.
In these recordings, Bobrisky purportedly admitted to bribing officials to avoid jail time and mentioned that his godfather assisted in dismissing his money laundering case with the EFCC. Fans are now eagerly awaiting Bobrisky’s response to these accusations and any potential denial of his arrest.
