Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has continued his public feud with his former partner, Queen Dami, by releasing a song titled Bye Bye to Jaga Jaga.
The song, which translates to “goodbye to rubbish,” was shared in snippets on his Instagram page on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Before unveiling the track, Portable alleged that Dami had nearly wrecked his home. Accusing her of promiscuity, he claimed to have discovered, while checking her phone, the names of prominent fuji musicians she allegedly had relationships with.
Portable Opens Up About Relationship Troubles
Portable stated, “I confronted her about the names in her phone, and she admitted it, saying her husband, the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, couldn’t satisfy her the way they did. She later claimed to be pregnant for me, but I set conditions before accepting her as a wife.”
He further explained that after bringing Dami into his life, he provided her with accommodation near his studio. However, things took a turn for the worse. “She destroyed my bar and caused issues with my workers. Without my knowledge, she met with my wife, Queen Bewaji, which led to serious problems in my home,” he added.
Queen Dami Responds
Queen Dami, who had earlier moved out of the apartment Portable arranged for her, announced the end of their relationship on Instagram. She wrote, “Alhamdulillah, I’m done. This is too much for me. I can’t take this embarrassment anymore. Ire o.”
The fallout between the two escalated further when Portable joined Dami’s TikTok livestream, where he hurled insults at her and accused her of attempting to engage in prostitution.
