A Magistrate Court in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos State, has cleared popular musician Abdulazeez Fashola, known as Naira Marley, of any involvement in the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, also called Mohbad.
According to Channels TV, Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje dismissed the case against Naira Marley after considering the legal advice from the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP), which found no grounds for prosecution.
Others who were also discharged by the court include music promoter Samson Balogun (Sam Larry), Owodunni Ibrahim (Primeboy), and Mohbad’s former manager, Opere Babatunde.
