A 24-year-old computer engineering student at Kwara State University (KWASU), Jimoh Abdulmueez, has been reported missing according to Drivetvnews.Jimoh was last seen on Thursday of last week, when he left the university campus in Malete to return home in Ilorin. However, he has not been seen since then.Despite a report being filed at the police station on Friday, there have been no developments in locating him. His mother, Mrs. Jimoh Amdalat, has made a public appeal for anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact 07030889682.Efforts to reach the institution’s spokesperson, Dr. Saeedat Aliyu, have been unsuccessful. However, a source within the institution revealed that the missing student’s parents visited the school but were unable to locate him.Jimoh was expected to write a test on Friday but did not show up after reportedly leaving campus at 7:00 pm the previous day. His friends attempted to contact him to no avail, and his parents confirmed he was not at home either.Following the parents’ report to the police, the state police command, through spokesperson DSP Ejire Adeyemi Toun, has initiated an investigation into the matter.
