Popular Nigerian actress, Etinosa Idemudia, has strongly criticized the management of rapper Oladips for orchestrating a death hoax to promote his forthcoming album. Oladips had been reportedly rushed to a hospital due to an undisclosed illness on Tuesday, November 14, as stated on his Instagram page.

Contrarily, the rapper’s management posted on Wednesday, November 14, announcing his alleged demise after a supposed battle with illness, stating a time of passing and requesting privacy for the family during this period.

However, Oladips’ close friend, QDot, refuted the claims, confirming the rapper was alive and not deceased. This revelation sparked speculation among Nigerians that the rapper’s death was merely a publicity stunt to generate buzz for his upcoming album.

Expressing her disapproval of the death stunt, Etinosa slammed Oladips’ management on her Instagram story, condemning the act as distasteful and criticizing the poorly executed attempt to deceive the public.
