Yoruba Nollywood actor, Sola Olaibi Gaji, has expressed his indifference towards his partner’s infidelity as long as she remains living with him. Drivetvnews reports that the actor shared this perspective during an interview with his colleague, Biola Adebayo, on her YouTube podcast ‘Talk to B.’
Gaji, known for his comic roles in Yoruba movies, stated that he would forgive infidelity as long as his wife continues residing with him. He acknowledged having his own flaws while also considering himself a good lover.
Reflecting on his previous marriage which ended in separation, Gaji disclosed that his wife left him after growing weary of the relationship. He recounted how she abruptly decided to leave him, causing their marriage to break down.
He mentioned, “Even in all the apartments we stayed in, people never believed she was my wife, they thought she was my little sister. If my partner denies me access to her, it makes me think. You’ll never know how stubborn I can be until I hurt someone. Love is blind, as you can see with me in Lagos and her in Abeokuta.”
He added, “Even if you are dating someone else outside our relationship, I won’t stand in your way. Just don’t leave my house. Let people still see us as husband and wife.”
“Men are not good while also women, but we are just trying ourselves. If I am dating you, I can call you like 97 times.”
