The Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, has reinforced his administration’s commitment to youth empowerment by releasing ₦29 million to support youth, student, and community-based organisations across the state.
The funds were distributed in Ado Ekiti through the Ministry of Youth Development, with the governor represented by the Commissioner for Youth Development, Gold Adesola. The initiative is designed to encourage youth participation, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.
According to the governor, the financial support covers registered organisations in all 16 local government areas, ensuring broad inclusion and grassroots impact.
