Rapper Oladipupo Oladimeji, known as Oladips, issued a public apology to Nigerians concerning the false death news orchestrated by his management team. He expressed sincere remorse for the confusion caused and clarified that it was not intended as a prank, emphasizing that he was genuinely unwell.

During an interview with Naija FM in Lagos, Oladips conveyed his regret, stating, “I deeply apologize to Nigerians and my devoted followers. I never intended to toy with anyone’s feelings. It wasn’t a hoax; I was genuinely ill. I am truly sorry for the chaos, the mistaken alarm, and all the disturbance caused. I take full responsibility for this.”

He pledged to surround himself with seasoned professionals to prevent future mishaps, highlighting previous challenges with his manager’s misconduct, which led to their parting ways. Oladips emphasized the need for a professional team that comprehends appropriate actions, emphasizing that the manager’s behavior did not align with professionalism.

He accepted responsibility for the situation, stating, “I take complete responsibility. I am deeply sorry. Please, forgive me.”
