Nigerian comedian and content creator Carter Efe has opened up about his experiences with Afrobeats stars Wizkid and Davido, claiming that while Wizkid ignored a song he made for him, Davido offered him crucial support during a difficult period.

“I’ll keep praising Davido everywhere I go,” Carter said.
According to the comedian, he once created a song for Wizkid but received no response from the singer, an experience he described as being completely ignored.
Carter contrasted this with his relationship with Davido, whom he said came into his life at a critical moment and provided support that significantly changed his circumstances.
He described Davido as his “helper” and said the singer showed him kindness despite the fact that Carter did not consider himself important enough to demand the superstar’s attention.
Carter explained that he never expected Davido to spend time having personal conversations with him, making the support he received even more meaningful.
He further described Davido’s intervention as a major turning point, saying the singer came through for him when he was facing difficulties.
According to Carter, Davido’s support felt like a timely intervention that arrived when he needed it most.
