Renowned comedian and skit creator, Mr. Macaroni, has criticized Wizkid for indirectly disrespecting veteran producer and music artist, Don Jazzy.

According to Drivetvnews, Wizkid took a dig at Don Jazzy while responding to a jab from Mavin Records artist, Ladipoe.

Wizkid asserted his stance by stating he doesn’t engage with artists signed to influencers, seemingly in response to Ladipoe’s comments. He also retweeted posts insinuating that Don Jazzy was merely a social media influencer.

Expressing his disapproval via his online platform, Mr. Macaroni emphasized that while Don Jazzy holds significant influence across various aspects of entertainment, branding, and more, labeling him solely as an “influencer” was disrespectful considering his immense contributions to the Nigerian music scene.

Mr. Macaroni hailed Don Jazzy as an unparalleled legend, highlighting his altruistic nature and unwavering support for artists, regardless of their stature. He personally attested to benefiting from Don Jazzy’s remarkable influence and concluded with praise for the industry titan, affectionately calling him “Don Baba J.”
