A Nigerian man named Israel Joe has shared a tragic incident involving his friend, Roseline, who died after being pushed into a pot of boiling pepper and tomatoes by her two female companions in Sapele, Delta State.

According to Joe, Roseline, a caterer, accompanied her friends on a catering job to Sapele, where the unfortunate incident occurred on April 13th.

In a Facebook post, Joe revealed that Roseline had confided in him about her strained relationship with her friends prior to her demise.

Expressing his frustration, Joe called on the Nigerian Police to thoroughly investigate and apprehend the perpetrators of Roseline’s murder, emphasizing the lack of progress in the case.

He recounted the harrowing details of Roseline’s ordeal, describing how she struggled for two weeks with severe burns before succumbing to her injuries on April 26th.

Joe lamented the fact that Roseline was laid to rest without any farewell from her community and without proper acknowledgment of her tragic death.

Detailing the events leading to Roseline’s demise, Joe mentioned that she was unable to understand her friends’ conversation as they spoke in their local language, ultimately leading to her being pushed into the boiling pot of ingredients.

Despite the efforts of Sage Hospital in Warri to save her, Roseline tragically passed away.

Joe expressed his dismay at the lack of accountability for Roseline’s death, calling for justice to be served and for her perpetrators to be brought to book.

He vowed to seek justice for Roseline, emphasizing that her untimely death should not be dismissed or forgotten.
