The Nigerian Muslim community mourns following the passing of Sheikh (Dr.) Muyideen Bello, a prominent Islamic scholar and former National Missioner of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria. Born in 1940 in Ibadan, Sheikh Bello was revered for his profound teachings and unwavering dedication to Islamic scholarship.

The news of his demise was announced by Alfa Aribidesi, a fellow Islamic scholar, on Friday morning, sending shockwaves throughout the Muslim community. The news was also confirmed by Alhaji Basit Olarenwaju, a popular cleric and Islamic singer, who shared a photo of Sheikh Bello on his Facebook page with tearful emojis.

Sheikh Bello’s passing marks the end of an era for a man who spent decades inspiring and guiding countless individuals with his wisdom, guidance, and spiritual leadership. Although details surrounding his death remain unclear, his legacy will undoubtedly continue to influence the lives of many.
