Nigerian actor and comedian, Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, affirmed his unwavering support for President Bola Tinubu despite the country’s economic challenges. He compared Nigeria’s current economic struggles to the biblical Israelites’ journey through the wilderness, expressing his preference for enduring hardship under visionary leadership rather than temporary comfort under oppressive regimes. In a detailed post shared via his social media platform, Seyi Law lamented the lack of effective communication from government agencies regarding their agendas and efforts. He urged Nigerians to hold their state governments accountable instead of solely relying on the federal government for everything. The comedian emphasized the importance of prioritizing long-term sustainability over short-term solutions, stating his preference for rebuilding and securing the nation’s future rather than indulging in immediate gratification at the expense of future generations.Responding to critics of his support for Tinubu, Seyi Law reaffirmed his allegiance, stating that if elections were held tomorrow, he would still cast his vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
