The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has initiated an investigation into the mysterious death of a young woman identified as Kadoon Luisa Iornumbe in Abuja.
Drivetvnews Reports indicate that Luisa’s lifeless body was found by motorists at the Timper Garage bridge in the Mpape area of the nation’s capital.
The tragic event unfolded on Thursday morning as the deceased was en route to her workplace.
Eyewitnesses claim that Luisa, a native of Benue State, was allegedly a victim of one-chance robbers who have been causing disturbances in the city.
FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, when reached for comment, stated that the Command was aware of the situation.
She further mentioned that Commissioner of Police Benneth Igweh had instructed the DC CID to conduct a discreet investigation to determine the underlying cause of the incident.
