Oba Lateef Gbadamosi Adebimpe, the Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, has passed away. He died on Wednesday following a brief illness.
Oba Adebimpe had represented the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, during the unveiling of the new Olubadan palace located at Oke Aremo in the Ibadan North local government area.
He was notably absent from the coronation ceremony of Oba Olakulehin, who was installed as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland at the Mapo Hall.
