A woman from Delta State, Oke Eregarnoma, shared a horrifying experience where her son, Emma Eregarnoma, lured her to his home on Caroline Street, Okuokoko, promising her a surprise. However, upon her arrival, he attempted to attack her by trying to strangle her and pluck out her eyes. Oke grew suspicious when she noticed her son’s unusual excitement. After welcoming her in, he locked the door and turned up the music to drown out her screams for help. Despite the struggle, Oke managed to escape and seek assistance from her neighbors. Recounting her ordeal from her hospital bed, she mentioned that her son had boasted about owning a GLK vehicle that week. The suspect has been apprehended and detained by the Delta State Police Command in Orerokpe.
