Galatasaray defender Przemysław Frankowski has described Victor Osimhen as one of the top five strikers in world football, praising the Nigerian’s professionalism, work ethic, and relentless desire to score.
Frankowski, who played alongside Osimhen at Galatasaray, said the Super Eagles star consistently demonstrates world-class qualities both in training and during matches.
Speaking in an interview with Onet, as reported by Fanatik, the Polish international said Osimhen’s dedication and preparation make him one of the finest forwards in the game.
“Victor Osimhen is a world-class striker, possibly among the top five forwards in the world. His preparation for matches and his determination to score goals are truly impressive,” Frankowski said.
Osimhen initially joined Galatasaray on loan before completing a permanent move to the Turkish champions. Since arriving at the club, he has established himself as one of the team’s most influential players.
The Nigerian striker has scored 59 goals and provided 16 assists in 74 appearances across all competitions, playing a key role in Galatasaray’s domestic success and European campaigns.
Frankowski, who arrived at Galatasaray from French side Lens before later moving on loan to Rennes, said he could speak for hours about the qualities of his former teammate.
As the 2026/27 season approaches, Osimhen will be aiming to build on his impressive goal record while helping Galatasaray challenge for more domestic silverware and make a deeper impact in European competitions.
