Several residents of Mopamuro Local Government Area in Kogi State were reportedly abducted by suspected bandits on Friday evening near the Government Technical College.

According to a local source familiar with the situation, armed men stormed the community and forcibly took several people to an unknown location. The attack occurred close to the technical college, and the exact number of victims has not yet been confirmed.

The source added that details about possible injuries or casualties remain unclear, as community members are still trying to account for missing persons. Families and residents continue to search for information regarding the fate of their loved ones.
