Portable seeks justice after being beaten

Controversial artist Portable has asserted that Nigerians tend to pursue justice only for the deceased. This statement comes as he shares updates from his hospital bed on Friday, recovering from an assault he endured after failing to perform at a paid show.Earlier in the week, Portable took to the internet, alleging an assault by American-based singer Esquare and his associates. In his Instagram post from the hospital, Portable questioned the selective pursuit of justice, emphasizing that he, as a living individual, is also deserving of support.Expressing his pain and seeking prayers, he stated in pidgin English, “Feeling so much pain right now, just your prayer I don’t want to die young. Nobody fights for me but I get GOD. Truth only always on my right. If God is GOD I will not fall Zazuu. Didn’t get myself since I was beaten by those guys, from one pain to another. Nah only d dead una dey find justice for? Evidence dey but no one do as if dey see it.”
