Nigerian comedian and filmmaker, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has responded humorously to rumors suggesting that former Big Brother housemate, Alex Unusual, is expecting his child, which followed the confirmation of his separation from his wife, Mabel Makun.
Shortly after AY and Mabel confirmed their marriage had ended, Alex was rumored to be involved in the separation.
There were also speculations that Alex was pregnant with AY’s child, which neither party addressed online.
In response to the social media frenzy, Alex deactivated all her social media accounts but returned with a cryptic video addressing the widespread claims on Wednesday night.
While Alex didn’t directly address the rumors, she compiled some hurtful words that were said about her in relation to AY’s marriage.
She also educated her fans and followers on Nigeria’s cybersecurity laws and the legal consequences of bullying someone with false information.
In a lighthearted response to the video, AY jokingly cautioned Alex not to harm “his baby,” referring to the rumored pregnancy.
The actor added that he was prepared to entertain social media users who were idle.
He said, “Above all. Please don’t do anything to my baby that you are carrying. We must entertain all the jobless people on social media.”
