Renowned Nigerian gospel singer Yinka Ayefele has described the birth of his children as a miracle, considering his spinal cord injury. Speaking on Bae U Barbie’s ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ show, Ayefele emphasized the rarity of a man with a spinal cord injury impregnating a woman, citing his unique case.

He dismissed claims that he “bought” his children, explaining that he impregnated his wife, who then gave birth to their triplets. The host inquired, “I’m shocked you said you have three beautiful and amazing kids. My question is, how did you do it?”

Ayefele responded, “How did I do what? Are you curious about how I impregnated my wife? How I got three kids? You must have seen pregnant women before. I impregnated my wife and she had triplets.”

He clarified further, “You thought I bought them? I don’t understand what you mean. I know you are curious, you want to talk about my spinal cord injury. Anybody who has a spinal cord injury might not be able to impregnate a lady. Yeah, it’s a fact, it’s one out of a hundred.”

Ayefele started his music career in 1997 following a car accident that left him with a spinal cord injury and reliant on a wheelchair. He is married to Temitope Titilope, and they have three children.

Drivetvnews recalled that the famous Gospel-Tungba Nigerian singer, Yinka Ayefele, was nearly moved to tears as one of his sons questioned him about being a cripple. In a video shared on his Instagram page, one of the triplets asked his father why he couldn’t stand upright and walk like everyone else.

Ayefele, appearing stunned, explained that he had an accident, and his son persisted in knowing about the accident. The veteran singer shared that he always strives not to get emotional whenever his kids ask him this question.
