Nigerian billionaire Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, founder of Adeleke University, has announced that first-class engineering graduates from the institution will be guaranteed employment. This pledge was made during the university’s 10th undergraduate and 6th postgraduate convocation ceremony, according to Drivetvnews.
Dr. Adeleke, who also chairs Pacific Energy Company, stated that these top graduates will be invited to serve at Pacific Energy’s facilities located in Ondo or Ogun State during their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Furthermore, he assured that they would be offered positions at the company following the completion of their service year.
Dr. Adeleke encouraged the graduates to request postings to either Ogun State or Ondo State, where the company’s power plants are situated. He said, “Try as much as possible to get NYSC to post you to either Ogun State or Ondo State, where we have our power plant. You are welcome to serve at the plant, and after your service year, you have an automatic job.”
