The Nigerian Police in Katsina State have arrested four suspects, including Aminu Hassan, 25, for supplying military uniforms to bandits terrorizing Danmusa Local Government Area and its environs. The suspects were caught with two pairs of military uniforms concealed in a black polythene bag during a routine patrol along the Yantumaki-Kankara highway in Danmusa LGA on November 19, 2024.

The police investigation revealed that the suspects had been aiding bandits in the area and had confessed to their crimes. The police also recovered 14 pairs of military uniforms and one police uniform from the suspects, which were believed to be intended for delivery to the armed bandits for their criminal operations in Katsina State.

The police have reaffirmed their commitment to eliminating criminal activities and ensuring security across Katsina State.
