Popular TikTok star and social media influencer Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, widely known as Peller, has stirred conversations online with his response to an unusual handshake during a visit to Ikorodu, Lagos.
According to Drivetvnews, Peller recently returned to his hometown of Ikorodu, where he lived before gaining fame.
In a video circulating on social media, Peller was seen visiting a friend’s clothing and accessory store, a place he frequently shopped at in the past. During the visit, one of his friends accused him of distancing himself from their friendship after rising to prominence.
The footage also captured Peller surrounded by a large crowd as he walked through his childhood neighborhood, accompanied by soldiers he had hired for security. He engaged in conversations with several people, including children, reminiscing about his past.
A particularly notable moment in the video occurred when a young man attempted to greet Peller with an unusual handshake. However, Peller swiftly declined and continued greeting others in a more familiar manner.
