Nigerian internet personality and crossdresser, Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has opened up about his desire to settle down and start a new chapter in his life.
The 33-year-old, who turns 34 in August, shared on Facebook that he is now seriously considering marriage. However, he admitted being torn due to financial concerns about his prospective partner.
According to Bobrisky, the man interested in marrying him has been persistent in his pursuit for the past seven years and remains deeply committed. Despite this, Bobrisky expressed doubts about the relationship, citing his accustomed luxurious lifestyle as a major challenge.
“I’ll be 34 in August and I honestly want to settle down. There’s nothing better than a beautiful woman living in her husband’s home,” he wrote. “But my challenge is that the man isn’t financially stable, and I’m already used to a life of comfort. I don’t think I can manage.”
He went on to say that the man is attractive and truly loves him, but he fears that being in a financially modest marriage might lead to infidelity, as maintaining his appearance requires significant expenses.
Bobrisky added that he currently receives monthly financial support from wealthy benefactors, with some giving him no less than $20,000. However, he revealed that this financial support would stop if he gets married.
“In all honesty, I’m confused. This guy looks great and has been patient for years, but I’m scared of losing the lifestyle I’m used to,” he concluded, asking his fans for advice on what decision to make.
