Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has recently posted a new video following his release from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre. In the video, Bobrisky cautioned Nigerians against the act of spraying money, suggesting that those who do so may find themselves owning a place in Kirikiri prison. He emphasized that even minor infractions could result in imprisonment.

Bobrisky also stated that he is focusing on the friends who supported him during his incarceration. In an interview with GoldMyneTV after his release, he advised people to adhere to the law and avoid the act of spraying money unless they intend to end up in Kirikiri.

He remarked, “Follow the rules, abide by the law. Don’t spray money unless you’re prepared to be a landlord in Kirikiri.” Bobrisky further added, “It’s not just about severe crimes; even minor actions can land you in prison. I’m concentrating on the friends who stood by me, and I am grateful for their support.”

According to Drivetvnews, Bobrisky was freed from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre on August 5, after serving a six-month sentence for the offense of abusing naira notes by spraying them at social events. The sentence was imposed by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos on April 12, 2024.
