A mild drama occurred in Gusau, Zamfara State, during a solidarity walk organised in support of President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid, as some members of the crowd were heard chanting “Sai Atiku” instead of praising the President.
Drivetvnews gathered that the incident was captured in a video from the event, which was organised to celebrate Tinubu’s appointment of former Zamfara State Governor Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar as Director-General of the Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council.
The rally was organised by the A.A. Yari Political Organisation in collaboration with the Shehu Movement Organisation and the Yari 774 Initiative for Asiwaju 2027.
Speaking at the event, Zamfara APC Chairman Kabiru Moyi Birnin Magaji expressed confidence that Tinubu would secure massive support from voters in the state in the 2027 elections.
Tinubu recently constituted his Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 election and appointed Yari as its Director-General.
