Popular TikTok personality Hamzat Habeeb, widely known as Peller, has said he no longer intends to date Nigerian women.
His remarks come shortly after his breakup with fellow content creator Amadou Aminata, popularly called Jarvis. Peller made the comments during a recent live session, a clip of which has since gone viral on social media.
In the video, shared on X by OlamideØfficial, the influencer said his views on relationships have changed following personal experiences and an interaction he observed involving a woman from another African country.
According to him, while reflecting on his breakup, he realised that if he decides to enter another relationship, it would not be with someone from Nigeria. He referenced a viral moment involving American streamer IShowSpeed, who once asked a man how many cows would be required to marry his daughter in a foreign African country. Peller described the woman involved as very attractive.
He also spoke about the woman’s demeanor, noting that her calm and composed manner of speaking impressed him.
Emphasising his stance, Peller stated that he has completely ruled out dating Nigerian women, adding that his future romantic interests would be outside the country. He concluded by saying his mindset has shifted, and he now prefers to look beyond Nigeria when it comes to relationships.
