A Lagos State High Court has issued an interim order preventing Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin from publishing or distributing photographs of Priscilla Ojo’s one-year-old son.
Drivetvnews gathered that the order was granted on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, by Justice Yetunde Adesanya at the Lagos Judicial Division in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The case was brought by Priscilla Ojo, her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, and their son, Rakeem Mkambala, against Anjorin.
Under the ex-parte order, Anjorin, her representatives, agents or anyone acting on her behalf were barred from posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting photographs of the child on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
The court also ordered Anjorin to stop publishing or sharing editorials concerning the applicants on her social media platforms until the substantive application before the court is determined.
The order specifically mentioned several social media accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin.
An ex-parte order is an interim decision made without the respondent being present or heard, usually where the applicant seeks urgent temporary relief. The order will remain in place pending further proceedings in the case.
The court also directed that the case file be returned to the High Court Registry for reassignment to the appropriate division.
The development comes amid a prolonged public dispute between Anjorin and members of Priscilla’s family, particularly her mother, actress Iyabo Ojo. The dispute has played out extensively on social media and has previously involved a ₦1 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Iyabo Ojo against Anjorin.
Anjorin had also made claims questioning the child’s parentage. Those claims were not independently verified and were not part of the court order.
Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala was born in Canada in August 2025.
As of the time of the report, Anjorin had not publicly reacted to the latest court order.
