Nollywood Actress Iyabo Ojo Awaits Mohbad’s Toxicology Report

Iyabo Ojo, the renowned Nollywood actress, shared in an Instagram post that the toxicology report regarding the late Nigerian singer Mohbad has not yet been disclosed. She revealed this while expressing her gratitude for receiving a humanitarian award at the 9th edition of the October Green event. Mohbad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba, passed away on September 12 and was laid to rest the next day in Ikorodu, Lagos. Following public demands for an investigation, the police exhumed his body on September 21 for an autopsy. Several individuals, including Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, Spending, and a nurse, are currently in police custody in connection with the singer’s death.

  • Additionally, Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, shared further details about his son’s demise in an interview with BBC Yoruba. He revealed that Mohbad had confided in him about Naira Marley’s dark side and had been a victim of physical abuse. Despite reporting the incidents to the police, no action was taken. Aloba, a pastor, expressed his inability to resort to traditional measures due to his religious beliefs.
